Free calculations do not require contact information. A verified account lets you keep private research.
What you provide
Account details, optional profile and business context, saved property information, tool inputs, research briefs, and communication preferences are stored to provide your workspace.
Your private research
Reports, PDFs, saved tools, and property workspaces require the verified owner. AI research processes the location and research brief you submit. Avoid including unnecessary personal information about yourself or others.
Communications and measurement
Opportunity digest and marketing choices are separate and optional. Product measurement records fixed event names and resource types. Emails, addresses, and research notes are excluded from analytics event fields.
Export and deletion
Use Settings to export your private workspace or delete your account. Deletion removes account data from active application storage. Backup retention and external provider records are handled separately; contact us for questions about those records.
