Research reflects the property's location and your proposed use. Your private report includes supporting references, dates, and unresolved questions. Source directories and detailed research records require a verified account.

What a report means

Reports are labeled CountyEdge AI Research Report. They are not human-reviewed, certified appraisals, title commitments, or municipal approvals. Calculations use stated assumptions; research identifies evidence and remaining questions.

Keep classifications separate

Assessed use, proposed use, base zoning, overlays, and adopted building requirements answer different questions. A missing record is never a positive finding.

Dates and corrections

A retrieval date is distinct from a publication date. Reports preserve their original inputs and output. Updated research creates a new dated report. Use Contact to raise a disputed finding with its source link.
